拔罐、刮痧等中医外疗法在运动疲劳康复中的应用探究——以我校健美操运动训练队为研究对象 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究拔罐、刮痧等中医外疗法在健美操运动训练队训练后疲劳康复的效果。如何运用中医学理论按健美操运动特点严格制定治疗康复方案,促进运动员运动能力及快速消除运动性疲劳是本研究的创新点。方法:随机抽取我校健美操运动训练队18名分两组,治疗组和对照组各9名,在为期6个月集训跟踪治疗,根据实际情况,确定大负荷运动训练期间,治疗组运动员于训练后1小时后进行对应腧穴治疗,对照组运动员于大负荷运动训练后,自行休息。第二天观察对比两组结果,通过监测自我感觉评分表、脉搏、尿液等指标做出分析。结论:采用拔罐、刮痧等中医外疗法刺激健美操运动训练队员相应腧穴,通过运动员的晨脉搏恢复、主观体力感觉评判、运动后晨尿等指标的比对分析,充分证实了此疗法在减轻运动员肌肉酸痛症状、缓减疲劳疗效明显;快速修复肌肉群中微结构,稳定情绪、调节尿液指标变化等作用显著;加快健美操运动训练队员疲劳部位肌肉超量恢复,对运动机能提高有积极的影响。 The purpose of the study is to explore the effect of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the rehabilitation of bicycle athletes 'after exercises. The method is to choose 18 players in aerobics training team randomly from Nanyang Medical College and divide them into two groups, therapeutic group and control group, each group including 9 athletes. After high strength exercises, athletes take one - hour' s rest. Athletes of therapeutic group take scraping therapy or cupping therapy or moxibustion therapy. Compare the effect in the second day and make record and judgment according to self- assessment sheet. Conclusion: Using external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate relevant acupuncture point can help ease muscular soreness and fatigue, stabilize emotions, rehabilitate micro structure of muscle group, quicken the recovery of muscle of fatigued part, and improve athletic ability.
