喀什地区少数民族中小学体育双语教学师资队伍现状调查与研究

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、田野调查法和数理统计法,以喀什地区少数民族中小学校体育双语教师为研究对象,对其年龄、学历、职称、汉语水平、授课语言、双语教材、政策法规了解以及开展体育活动等做了深入调查,分析得出影响喀什地区少数民族中小学体育双语教学开展的主要因素为:学生汉语能力的差异;体育双语教学研究薄弱;缺乏体育双语教材和教学经验交流;短缺合格体育双语师资和学校领导不重视。 This article uses the literature material method, field survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the bilingual PE teachers in primary and middle schools of ethnic minorities in Kashgar. Deep investigation is made on their age, education, job title, Chinese level, teaching language, bilingual textbooks, policies and regulations, as well as sports activities. It is concluded that the main influential factors for bilingual PE includes: there are differences among students' Chinese language ability; sports bilingual teaching research is weak; bilingual teaching materials and teaching experience exchange are not enough; qualified bilingual teachers is in shortage, and school leaders dont pay enough attention.
