摘要
利用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了Pr-LaFeO_3气敏材料,并将其制成烧结型旁热式敏感器件。气敏测试结果显示:组分含量x=mol(Pr)∶mol(Pr-LaFeO3)=1∶10的Pr-LaFeO_3元件对10mL/m^3甲醛气体的灵敏度优于其它组分含量比的元件,另外,其响应时间约为60s,恢复时间约为240s。
By sol-gel combined with microwave chemical method,this research prepared the gas-sensing materials of Pr-LaFeO_3 and made them to sintered & heater-type sensors. The testing results show that the sensor of Pr-LaFeO_3 synthesized from x = mol( Pr) ∶ mol( Pr-LaFeO_3) = 1∶ 10 is superior to others in its sensitivity to formaldehyde of 10 mL/m^3. In addition,the response and recovery time are about 60 s and 240 s,respectively.
