广州市中小学校园足球可持续发展的策略研究

Strategy Research on Sustainable Development of Primary and Middle School Campus Football in Guangzhou

运用文献研究法、实地考查法、逻辑分析法对广州市中小学校园足球的发展现状及存在的主要问题进行深入的探讨,并提出促进广州市中小学校园足球可持续发展的策略。建议:在教育部门层面要拓展经费投入,改善足球场地设施;加强校园足球师资队伍建设;加大校园足球的宣传,提升社会关注度;完善联赛制度,促使校园足球规范发展;建立校园足球的督导与评价机制。在学校层面要制定科学的校园足球发展规划;开展课内外足球活动,力推校园足球发展;组织足球队训练,培养足球人才;构建校园足球文化,营造良好校园足球文化氛围。

Using the methods of literature research, field investigation and logic analysis, this paper discusses on the main problems existed in the development of campus football in Guangzhou primary and middle schools, and provides sustainable development strategies. Recommendations： to expand investment in education departments, to improve fototball facilities; to strengthen the faculty construction of campus football; to increase campus football propaganda and enhance the degree of social concern; to improve the league system and regulate the development of campus football; to establish the supervision and evaluation mechanism of campus football. Campus football development plan must be established by schools, which includes executing football activities in and out of class to promote campus football development, organizing football team training to cultivate talents, constructing campus football culture to build good culture atmosphere.
