摘要
中国篮协提出"一国两队"的改革创新模式能否达到预期目的,改变中国男篮现状倍受社会关注。从构建竞争机制,激发球员斗志;采取竞聘上岗,拓宽主帅选拔;扩大人才储备,减少伤病风险;合理新老交替,顺利完成交接四个方面分析"一国两队"模式的创新特点,并提出"一国两队"创新模式持续发展策略:做好后勤保障工作、完善选拔制度、重视两队磨合和协调联赛利益,旨在促进中国男篮改革顺利进行,提高中国男篮整体实力。
It becomes a social concern whether the "one country two teams" reform and innovation model carried out by Chinese Basketball Association can achieve the desired purpose and change the status of the Chinese men's basketball. The feature of this model is analyzed from 4 aspects - - constructing competitive mechanism and inspires players' motivation, enlarging head coach selection through competition, cultivating talent reservation, as well as reducing injury to realize succession of the new to the old. In addition, sustainable development strategies are carried out : complete logistical support, perfect selection mechanism, focus on the integration of the 2 teams, as well as coordinate interest between national team and the professional league. The aim is to guarantee the smooth reform, and improve the performance of national team.
