摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对我国高校瑜伽课程教学现状进行调查分析,从教师和学生两个角度入手,剖析高校瑜伽课程的教学教材、学时、教学以及考核内容和方法等现状。结果表明:我国高校瑜伽课程教学教材使用情况差异较大,教材有待完善统一;学生的学习积极性较高,课时数不满足学生的需求;实践教学以体位、形体和呼吸为主,基本能够满足学生需求,但忽略了理论知识的传播渗透;教学方法采用教师讲解示范为主的传统教学手段,教学考核内容和方式较单一。
This paper investigates the present situation of yoga curriculum in our country from the perspectives of teachers and students, analyzes the teaching materials, hours, teaching and assessment of yoga curriculum in colleges and universities, and analyzes the present situation of yoga curriculum in our country by using questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods. The results show that the teaching materials of yoga course in our country are different from one another, and the teaching materials need to be perfect and unified. The students'enthusiasm for learning is high and the number of hours does not meet the needs of students. The practice teaching is mainly based on body position, body shape and breathing, which could meet the basic needs of students but ignore the spread of theoretical knowledge. Traditional teaching methods of teachers' explanation are used and teaching assessment content and methods are single.
