临汾市尧都区高校网球社团开展状况及对策分析——以山西师范大学为例

Analysis on the Development Situation and Countermeasures of Tennis Clubs in Yaodu District of Linfen——Taking Shanxi Normal University as An Example

本文以山西师范大学三个校区的网球社团成员为研究对象,通过问卷调查法等方法对网球社团的开展状况进行分析。结论:社团人数太少,参与网球社团的兴趣不高,网球社团经费不足,网球社团受到其它社团的影响,网球社团设施教练资源匮乏,社团活动的积极性不高,网球社团管理方式不健全。建议:网球社团宣传力度加大,网球社团经费渠道要发展,社团网球活动内容要丰富,与外地高校网球社团的交流,完善场地设施,高校要重视调动教师参与社团工作的积极性,网球社团管理应当提高。

This article takes the tennis community members of three campuses of Shanxi Normal University as the research object, and analyzes the development of tennis associations through questionnaire and other methods. Conclusions： the number of students who participate in tennis clubs is too few with less interest ; tennis clubs are in lack of funds and influenced by other communities ; clubs are in lack of coaches ; members are not active ; clubs are not well managed. Suggestion. increase the propaganda of the tennis club, develop the funding resources; enrich activity contents; enhance communication with outside colleges; complete fields and facilities; focus on stimulating teachers＇ enthusiasm in community activities; and improve community management.
