有氧长跑对大学生烟瘾改善关系的实证研究——以苏州科技大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 当前,吸烟现象对于大学生来说比较普遍,有烟瘾学生数量成上升趋势。导致学生抽烟的因素有很多,学生由于抽烟而产生的身体疾病和心理疾病成上升趋势。虽然寻找解决抽烟的办法有多种,如药物治疗、心理治疗或者寻找其他物品替代治疗,但收效甚微,甚至出现解决一种问题,产生了其他的疾病。本研究通过对157名大学生为期3个月的有氧长跑治疗实验,从大学生参与有氧长跑的感受作为切入点,分析有氧长跑对他们的抽烟数量减少、烟瘾缓解效果情况,为大学生通过长跑来戒除烟瘾提供一定的治疗方法,同时也在长跑中注意提高哪些因素,来更有效的达到戒烟效果。结果发现通过3个月的长跑训练,学生烟瘾有显著下降;有氧长跑训练使大学生对烟的依赖程度减少非常显著;从大学生的运动感受可以提取了四个因子,分别是情绪与认知因子、态度与意志力因子、计划与运动强度因子和装备与设施因子;情绪与认知因子、态度与意志力因子、计划与运动强度因子对学生减少抽烟有显著影响,期中态度与意志力因子影响最大,提高一个单位,抽烟可以减少0.66个单位。装备与设施因子与抽烟减少没有太大相关性。 At present, the phenomenon of smoking is relatively common for college students, and the number of smokers is rising. There are many reasons for students' smoking, and the trend that students smoking produces the physical disease and the mental illness are also upward. We have a variety of ways to stop smoking, such as medication, psychotherapy or other items to replace treatment, but with little success, or even change the problem into other diseases. This study carries out a three - month experiment about the long running treatment among 157 college students, which shows the treatment has significant effects on college students' smoking quantity, smoking addiction and also provides certain treatment for students to give up smoking based on their own feelings. At the same time, concentrations are made on how to better stop smoking by adjusting factors in running. The results show that through 3 months of long - distance training, students have a significant decline in smoking. There is a significant decrease in the dependence of cigarette smoking on aerobic exercise. There are four factors that can be extracted from the college students" sports feeling, which are emotional and cognitive factors, attitude and willpower factors, planning and exercise intensity factors and equipment and facilities factors. Emotional and cognitive factors, attitude and willpower factors, planning and exercise intensity factors have significant effect on reducing smoking, Attitude and willpower factors have the greatest impact ,with one unit raising, smoking can be reduced by 0.66 units. There is no correlation between equipment and facilities and smoking reduction.
