摘要
神经病理性疼痛(NP)是最常见的慢性疼痛,由于其病因多样、发病机制复杂且尚不明确,而成为神经科学领域的一大难题。近年来研究发现,神经病理性疼痛的发生及发展与神经炎性反应密切相关,而胶质细胞(小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞)的激活在其中扮演重要角色。该文就胶质细胞释放的促炎性细胞因子(肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-18、白细胞介素-6)在神经病理性疼痛调控中的作用及机制做一综述。
Neuropathic pain (NP) is the most common chronic pain, making it a major problem in the field of neuroscience due to its diverse etiology and the pathogenesis is complex and still unclear. In recent years, the study found that the occurrence and development of neuropathic pain is closely related to neuroinflammation, and the activation of glial cells (microglia and astrocytes) play an important role in it. In this paper, the roles and mechanisms of proinflammatory cytokines ( tumor necrosis factor α, interleukin-1β, interleukin-18, interleukin-6) released by glial cells in the regulation of neuropathic pain were reviewed.
