一次性根治术联合微波理疗对肛周脓肿术后的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of One-time Radical Mastectomy Combined with Microwave Therapy on Postoperative Perianal Abscess

目的探讨一次性根治术联合微波理疗对肛周脓肿术后临床疗效观察。方法选取自2015年3月至2016年3月于抚顺市中医院肛肠科住院的肛周脓肿患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用一次性根治术方案,术后常规换药,试验组30例,治疗方案在对照组的基础上应用微波理疗治疗,观察两组患者术后术后镇痛药量、肛门功能情况及住院天数变化情况。结果肛周脓肿一次性根治术联合微波理疗治疗可减轻患者疼痛,降低术后镇痛药的应用,促进肛门功能恢复并缩短住院时间,试验组疗效优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论一次性根治术联合微波理疗治疗肛周脓肿患者,术后痛苦小,肛门功能恢复良好,患者住院时间短,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of one-time radical resection combined with microwave therapy on postoperative perianal abscess. Methods Sixty patients with perianal abscess from March 2015 to March 2016 in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The patients were divided into two groups according to the curative effect, the curative effect, the anus function and the days of hospitalization in the two groups, and the results were compared with those of the control group. Results One-time radical resection of perianal abscess combined with microwave therapy could relieve the pain, reduce the use of postoperative analgesic, promote the recovery of anus function and shorten the hospital stay. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion One-time radical resection combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of perianal abscess patients, the pain is small, the anus function recovery is good, the hospital stay is short, the clinical curative effect is excellent, worthy of clinical popularization.
