网织红细胞参数与红细胞参数在妊娠期缺铁性贫血中的临床应用研究

目的网织红细胞参数与红细胞参数在妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床应用研究。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月在大连市妇幼保健院就诊的100例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者为研究组,另选择100例健康妊娠期妇女为对照组,比较两组患者血红蛋白量(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞量(RBC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、网织红细胞血红蛋白量(CHr)、红细胞内血红蛋白量(CH)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均网织红细胞体积(MCVr)、网织红细胞内血红蛋白量浓度(RDWr)。结果研究组和对照组网织红细胞参数与红细胞参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网织红细胞参数与红细胞参数对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者有诊断意义,值得在临床推广。

Objective To reticulocyte parameters and red blood cell parameters in iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy clinical application research. Methods Select in December 2015 to December 2016 in dalian city maternal and child health care of 100 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy for the team, the other choose 100 cases of healthy pregnancy women as the control group, Compare two groups of patients with HGB, HCT, RBC, red blood cell distribution width（RDW）, reticulocyte hemoglobin（CRH）, red blood cells in the amount of hemoglobin in the blood（CH）, the MCV, average volume of reticulocyte（MCVr）, reticulocyte in the amount of hemoglobin in the blood concentration（RDWr）. Results The group and the control network woven red blood cell parameters and red blood cell difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reticulocyte parameters and red blood cells of patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy diagnosis significance, is worth popularizing in clinical.
