基于“一带一路”倡议下粮食陆路进口通道建设分析

Analysis on the Construction of Grain Land Import Channels under The Belt and Road Initiative

中国粮食需求连年持续增长,粮食进口数量亦持续增加,充分利用好国际粮食市场对于确保粮食安全意义重大。结合国家提出的"一带一路"倡议后中欧班列的开行,提出了建设粮食陆路进口通道的设想,重点是在粮食产量和富余量较大的国家和地区建设若干可以利用的集装箱粮食装卸节点,并在国内对应的粮食缺口较大的内陆地区匹配相应的设施,推进集装箱的返空利用和加快班列开行。

In China,the grain demand continues to increase year by year,and the import of grain also continues to increase,so it is of great significance to ensure food security through making full use of the international grain market. According to the Belt and Road national strategy and the Sino-Europe Railway Express,this paper proposes that how to setup a grain land import channels. It includes on the oversea surplus countries and regions with the grain yield and a large amount of surplus,constructing some node to load grain by container,at the same time,providing the upload facilities to promote and accelerate the utilization of returning container in the domestic inland areas of lacking of grain.
