摘要 建立一种微波消解-原子吸收-原子荧光法,用于依次快速测定粮食中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)元素含量。该方法前处理过程简单、便捷,且只有As元素的测试需要赶酸,节省试验时间;利用小麦粉和大米粉的质控样作为测试样品,结果显示,各元素的质控样测试值均在理论值范围内,不同浓度的加标回收率在83.8%~110.0%,不同本底物质对加标回收测试没有影响;未知样品平行实验的相对标准偏差均在10%以内;Pb、Cd、Hg、As的检出限分别为0.010 0、0.001 5、0.000 8、0.000 5 mg/kg;证明该方法具有很好的准确性、稳定性。 A microwave digestion-atomic absorption-atomic fluorescence method was developed for the rapid determinationof Pb,Cd,Hg and As contents in foodstuff. The pretreatment process of the method is sample and convenient, only the test of Aselement requires remove the acid , saving the experiment time.Quality control samples of wheat flour and rice flour were used astest samples. The results showed that the test values the quality control samples were in the theoretical range,the recoveriesrates of different concentration were 83.8%~110.0%,the test results of the recovery rate have not been affected by the differentsubstrates.The relative standard deviations of the parallel experiment of unknown sample were within 10%.The detection limitsof lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic were 0.010 0,0.001 5,0.000 8 and 0.000 5 mg/kg respectively.It is proved that themethod has good accuracy and stability.
