摘要
本文对根据GB/T 11066.9-2009《金化学分析方法砷和锡量的测定氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法》,检测首饰金中砷的测量不确定度进行评定,分析了方法中不确定度的来源,得出影响砷测定结果的主要影响因素。
The uncertainty of determination of arsenic in gold jewelry according to GB/T 11066.9-2009 ＂Methods for chemical analysis of gold-Determination of arsenic and tin contents-Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry＂ was assessed. The sources of the uncertainty of the method were analyzed and the main factors affecting determination results of arsenic contents were indicated.
