摘要
本文采用振动磨机研磨样品,用塑料环镶边进行压片制样,应用波长色散X射线荧光光谱法,用35个土壤/水系沉积物成分分析标准物质样品制作工作曲线,对土壤中As,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn等多种元素含量同时进行测定。本方法具有测量准确度高,精密度好,测定时间短等优点。
In this paper, the samples were grounded by vibrating mill, then flaked, and surrounded by plastic ring. After that, the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is used for making the working curve of 35 standard soil/ water sediment samples, and simultaneously quantifying As, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn and other elements in soil. This method has the highlights of high measurement accuracy, good precision and short determination time etc.
