新生代农民工市民化进程中职业发展驱动因素研究

Research on the Driving Forces of New Rural Migrant Workers' Career Development in the New Urbanization Process

新型城镇化的核心是人口的城镇化,新生代农民工作为推进新型城镇化的重要主体,在实现人口城镇化过程中作用显著。通过专项调研问卷对新型城镇化进程中新生代农民工职业发展动力驱动因素进行调查,并运用结构方程(SEM)模型对影响新生代农民工在新型城镇化深化发展阶段所要求的职业发展的动力驱动因素进行计量研究。结果表明:新型城镇化发展程度和新生代农民工是否接受教育或培训与其职业发展能力正相关;用人单位给予新生代农民工职业升迁的机会和可能,用人单位提供的薪资福利待遇高低与新生代农民工职业发展正相关;新生代农民工接受职业培训(教育)的经历对其职业晋升机会及薪资福利待遇有正向驱动作用。

The core of the new urbanization is the urbanization of the population. The new generation of mi- grant workers is the main body to promote the new urbanization. It play a significant role in the process of urbanization. On the basis of reading a large amount of literature and designing special investigation ques- tionnaire,we conduct a field research on the driving force of career development of the new rural migrant workers. Based on the results of this research, we made an empirical analysis of the driving factors affecting the career development of the new rural migrant workers in the process of urbanization using SEM model. It shows the new urbanization will help to promote the career development of the new generation of mi- grant workers. The experience of the new generation of migrant workers to receive vocational training （ed- ucation） has a positive effect on the promotion of their professional development ability, qiven by career op- portunities. Employing units to give the new generation of migrant workers may be conducive to their abili- ty of enhancing the professional development. The salary and benefits provided by the employing units have a certain positive drive to the career development of the new generation of migrant workers. At the same time,the new generation of migrant workers accepting vocational training （Education）,it will have a posi- tive role in improving their career opportnnitles and salary.
