摘要
从技术效率视角,构建对数形式的随机前沿分析模型,选取2013—2015年度我国高技术产业相关数据,对其技术效率进行实证分析.测算结果表明:我国高技术产业技术效率水平总体较低,具有巨大提高潜力.三大地区技术效率平均值从高到底依次为东部、西部、中部地区.鉴于战略性新兴产业与高技术产业的相似性,对战略性新兴产业发展提出对策建议.
This paper aims to build a model for logarithmic stochastic frontier analysis from the perspective of technical efficiency. Empirical analysis is then carried out by using this model in an attempt to study the technical efficiency of the selected data about China y high-tech industries from the 2013 to 2015. The results show that the overall technicalefficiency of such industries in China is low, but with enormous potential. Besides, among the three regions, the average technical efficiency in the east region of China is the highest, followed by those of the middle region and the west region. Considering the similarities bet^veen strategic emerging industries and high-tech industries, this paper proposes somesuggestions as to developing strategic emerging industries.
