Shen Dao's Thought of Rule of Law: A Perspective of Rule and System Theory

以"利益—制度"理论为视角,检视战国中期思想家慎到的政治思想。通过对慎到思想的建构和梳理,结合"利益—制度"理论,从慎到的"不可无君"之说出发,推及慎到的"利"人(利益人)说,最后将慎到的人性论与"法"论相结合,考察慎到"法"治思想的实质。

Shen Dao’ s political thought was studied ina perspective of interest and system theory. ShenDao’ s saying that there must bea sovereign was analyzed. Furthermore, his idea of interest person was derived.Finally, by combining Shen Dao’ s theories of human nature and law, the essence of his thought of rule of law wasinvestigated.
