半干旱地区海绵城市建设研究

海绵城市建设作为生态文明建设的重要内容和今后我国城市建设的重大任务已上升为国家战略.包头位于西部半干旱地区,是严重缺水的城市.在分析包头区位、地形地貌、经济社会发展条件的基础上,综合考虑水资源、水环境、水安全等现状,提出包头海绵城市建设应实施生态修复和水质提升两大工程,构建城市生态安全格局、构建城区"两环四心"生态水系格局、构建灰色基础设施和绿色基础设施相结合的排水系统和发挥城市绿地海绵体作用.

The sponge city construction,regarded as an important content of the ecological civilization construction and a major task of China 's urban construction in the future,has been upgraded to a national strategy.Baotou,located in the semi-arid area of the western China,is a city suffering desperate shortage of water.Based on the analysis of location,topographic features,and conditions of economic and social development in Baotou,and comprehensively taking the situation of water resources,water environment,water security and other status into consideration,it is put forward that two engineering projects of ecological rehabilitation and water quality upgrading should be put into practice in the construction of sponge city in Baotou.It is to build the urban ecological security pattern,to build the ecological pattern of " two links and four hearts" in urban areas,to build the drainage system combining the grey infrastructure and the green infrastructure,and to make the spongy body of urban park land work.
