基于创新创业教育的管理学通识课教学改革

Teaching Reform of General Management Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

《国家教育事业发展"十三五"规划》明确提出了高校要深化教育改革,培养具有创新创业精神和实践动手能力的人才培养目标.管理学通识教育对培养高等院校学生的管理素养,满足创新创业型人才培养目标具有重要意义.本文论述了高等院校开设管理学通识教育的必要性,探讨了当前管理学通识教育课程教改中存在的一些问题,提出了当前我国高校实施管理学通识教育需要转变教育观念、重建教学模式、更新教学内容、改革教学方式和手段等教学改革的目标、内容和方法,为高等院校创新创业课程体系改革提供了一定的思路和建设路径,是一种适应社会形势的新型课程体系改革探索.

The "development" of national education in 13th Five-Year "plan" clearly put forward in order to deepen the education reform,the goal of cultivate innovative entrepreneurship and practical talents.It is of great significance for the cultivation of College Students' management literacy to meet the training objectives of innovative entrepreneurial talents.This paper discusses the necessity of setting up the management of general education in Colleges and universities,discusses the management of general education in the teaching reform of the existing problem,put forward the current China's colleges and universities management of general education need to change the concept of education,reconstruction of teaching mode,updating teaching content,teaching methods and means of teaching reform the goal of the reform,content and methods,provides some ideas and construction path for the reform and innovation course system of colleges and universities,is an exploration of the reform of the new curriculum system to adapt to the social situation.
