摘要
以粮食行业机电一体化专业为对象,对"校企合作-工学结合"的人才培养模式进行了研究,提出了"校企合作-工学结合"的人才培养模式理念,分析了"校企合作-工学结合"的人才培养模式的特点和实施措施,评估"校企合作-工学结合"的人才培养模式教学效果.
The talent training mode combining School-Enterprise Cooperation with Work-Integrated Learning is studied for Mechatronics major in grain industry.The concept,characteristics and implementation processes of"combination School-Enterprise Cooperation with Work-Integrated Learning"talent training mode are analyzed in detail.Moreover,the practical results of the training mode are evaluated.
