以广东高水平大学重点建设的"7所高校"为样本,研究专利成果技术入股的现状及存在问题,重点从评价机制和利益分配的角度出发,探索重点建设高校在技术入股上先行先试的做法,为高校科技成果转化特别是技术入股提供经验和参考。

In this paper,the status and problems in the patent technology share in seven universities which involved inGuangdong High-level University Construction project were discussed with the focus on the evaluation mechanism and bene-fits distribution, the way of technolog share in the key universities was explored, aimireferences for technology achievements transformation,especially of the technology share in universities.
