民族传统体育与公共文化服务互动研究

Research on the Interaction between the National Traditional Sports and the Public Cultural Service

运用文献资料法,在公共文化服务理论和民族传统体育理论的指导下,探讨民族传统体育与当下实施的公共文化服务建设的内在互动关系。认为:民族传统体育与公共文化服务有着诸多互通之处,并存在显著的互动关系,即:民族传统体育的"文化性"是普及公共文化服务"惠民"的核心要义;民族传统体育的"趣味性"是激活公共文化服务"参与"的必要条件;民族传统体育的"多样性"是繁荣公共文化服务"内容"的有效手段。同时,公共文化服务的有序开展"助推"民族传统体育的传承发展,二者相互促进、相得益彰,促进社会文化大繁荣。

By using the method of literature review,under the guidance of the public cultural service theory and the traditional national sports theory,this paper explores the internal interactive relationship between the national traditional sports and the current implementation of the public cultural service construction.The national traditional sports and public cultural services have many common points,and there is a significant interaction between them.The "culturality" of national traditional sports culture is the core meaning for popularizing "Benefaction to People" of public cultural service;the "fun" of national traditional sports is a necessary condition for the activation of "participation" of public cultural service; the "diversity" of national traditional sports is the effective means for the prosperity of the "content" of public culture service.At the same time,the orderly development of public cultural services can "boost" the inheritance and development of national traditional sports,both of which will promote each other,complement each other,and promote social and cultural prosperity.
