高等体育院校实施本科生导师制的实践探索:以首都体育学院为例

Practical Exploration on the Implementation of Undergraduate Tutor System in Sports Colleges and Universities:Taking Capital University of Physical Education and Sports as an Example

运用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法,以首都体育学院本科生问卷调查结果为基础,对首都体育学院现行本科生导师制的现状、实施效力及存在的问题进行分析。研究发现:本科生导师制实施4年来,对于提升本科生的核心竞争力、培养质量起到了积极的推动作用,但存在以下不足:《实施办法》体系不健全、影响面小;本科生导师指导有待于提高,本科生导师制缺乏约束力;本科生导师作用缺失;本科生导师制工作内容不明确;本科生导师制缺乏激励机制。提出建议:应修订《实施办法》,补充相关细则,明确本科生导师的工作内容;完善本科生导师制的考核、评价、监督与激励机制;加强导师培训,拓宽导师队伍资源,建立科学的师生互选机制,加大二级学院实施细则的完善与落实力度;明确本科生导师的工作内容;建立科学的本科生导师制考核、评价、监督机制;健全本科生导师制的激励机制;建立跨二级学院的师生双向选择机制;加强导师培训,拓宽导师队伍资源,建立导师退出机制。

Through using the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and literature review,based on the results of the questionnaire survey of undergraduates of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports,the p resent situation,effectiveness and problems of tutorial system of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports were analyzed.The study found that after the implementation for 4 years,undergraduate tutorial system has played a positive role in promoting the core competence and quality of undergraduates.However,there are the following problems:the implementation system is not perfect,and the impact is small;the tutorial guidance needs to be improved,and the undergraduate tutorial system is not binding;tutorial content is not clear and in lack of incentive mechanism.It suggests that the implementation measures should be improved by supplementing the relevant rules,clearing the work content of the undergraduate tutor,improving the assessment,evaluation,supervision and incentive mechanism of undergraduate tutor system,strengthening tutor training,widening the resources of the tutor team,establishing a scientific mechanism among teachers and students,strengthening the perfection and implementation of the rules for colleges and departments,establishing a scientific assessment,evaluation and supervision mechanism for the tutorial system,improving the incentive mechanism of undergraduate tutor system,establishing a two-way selection mechanism between teachers and students across the colleges and departments,and setting up a tutor exit mechanism.
