摘要
优秀企业中的人才发展正从传统培训走向综合性学习解决方案的咨询与交付。本文以组织的双元能力为理论视角,以华为大学为例,深入探讨了企业大学的学习项目运营过程与机制。研究发现:在学习项目的时间维度层面,双元能力表现为时序型双元和互惠型双元;在学习项目的空间维度层面,双元能力表现为结构型双元和情境型双元。双元能力促进学习项目运营的作用机制是:时序型双元和结构型双元通过分化机制促进学习项目运营;互惠型双元和情境型双元通过整合机制促进学习项目运营。
Talent development of excellent enterprises is moving forward from traditional training to the consulting and delivering of comprehensive learning solutions. Based on ambidextrous com-petence theory, this paper takes Huawei University as a study case, exploring the operation process and mechanism of the learning project in a corporate university. This study finds sequen-tial ambidexterity and reciprocal ambidexterity through temporal analysis, and structural ambi-dexterity and situational ambidexterity through spatial analysis, sequential ambidexterity and structural ambidexterity can promote the learning project through differentiation mechanism, while reciprocal ambidexterity and situational ambidexterity through integration mechanism.
