硝苯地平控释片联合替米沙坦在老年高血压治疗中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨硝苯地平控释片联合替米沙坦在老年高血压治疗中的应用效果。方法:收集我院2014年6月~2016年11月收治的高血压患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机对照表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用替米沙坦治疗,比较两种方法治疗的临床效果及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),两组比较X2=4.785,P=0.034,观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控释片联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压疗效显著,不良反应小,可使血压控制在稳定的范围,降低了心血管疾病的发病率,提高了老年患者的生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with telmisartan in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 80 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2014 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. They werc divided into observation group and control group according to random comparison table, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifcdipine controlled release tablets, and the observation group was treated with telmisartan on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects and side effects of the two methods were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (97.50%) was higher than that of the control group (82.50%)(X^2=4.785,P= 0.034), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse rcactions between the observation group and the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Nifedipiue controlled release tablets combined with telmisartan in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has remarkable effect and the side effects are small, which can control the blood pressure of the patients in a stable range, reduce the incidence of cardiovaseular diseases and improve the quality of life of the elderly patients.
