我院2012～2015年果糖注射剂的临床使用情况分析

Study on the Usage of Fructose Injection in our Hospital from the year 2012 to 2015

目的:掌握我院目前含果糖类注射剂的使用状况,为下一步的规范整治计划提供参考。方法:利用我院药品管理查询工具得出2012~2015年我院三种含果糖类注射剂的使用量、使用金额及使用科室分布,抽取使用量大的科室病例210例进行点评,分析含果糖类注射剂在临床使用上存在的问题。结果:我院含果糖类注射剂的临床使用量、使用金额,并存在不合理使用情况。结论:我院含果糖类注射剂的临床使用量大,存在不合理使用情况,应有针对性进行规范及整治,减轻患者负担,促进用药合理。

Objective：To analyze the usage of fructose injection in our hospital , find out the problems and provide reference for clinical rational drug use and improvement. Methods：using the query tool of computer system, statistics the dosage,sum and department distribution of fructose injection from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital, randomly choosing 210 copies of Medical records from the departments which used fructose injections with a large usage amount. Results ： The dose and sum of fructose injection in our hospital is high. unreasonable use of fructose injection were found out by the Analysis. Conclusion：Further strengthen management should be implement to the overuses of fructose injection , medical rationality should be improved as well as the burden reducing on patients.
