Thinking on the Development Path of Agricultural Vocational Colleges underthe New Normal Economic Situation

本文以经济新常态形势为背景,针对温州农类高职院校如何转型升级,满足农业新一轮升级中对农业人才的数量、人才质量、人才类型和知识结构的要求,实现与温州农业产业转型升级相对接进行思考,从创新发展人才培养模式、协调 发展产学研合作、绿色发展农业社会服务生态圈、开放发展创业与创新教育、共享发展校企优势资源提出发展农类高职院校新路径.

Based on the background of the new normal economic situation, this article is trying to find a upgraded way which can help the agricultural vocational colleges in Wenzhou to meet agricultural personnel quantity, the agricultural personnel quality and the requirement of knowledge structure in the new round of agricultural upgrading. Innovating the development of talent training mode, coordinating the development of the cooperation, green developing the agricultural social service ecosystem, opening the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, sharing the resources from the development of school and enterprises are put forward as the new path of the development of agricultural vocational colleges.
