整体性理论强调通过整合、协调的方法,全方位、全过程解决分散化、片面化、碎片化等问题,以此推进治理 过程整体性协调发展.通过整体性理论反观,高校思想政治教育实践中存在着“分散化”“部门化” “破碎化” 等问题.高校 思想政治教育工作在整体性理论指导下,统整思政课堂、育人文化、日常生活、社会实践等资源,坚持寓教于堂、寓教于文、 寓教于常、寓教于行,以此深化思想政治教育的理论基础、文化基础、生活基础以及社会基础建设,凸显思想政治教育实效.

The holistic theory emphasizes the integration and coordination of the methods to solve the problems of decentralization, one-sidedness and fragmentation in a thorough way to promote the overall coordinated development of the governance process. Through the holistic theory, there are some problems such as 〈tdecentralization,,？ ttdepartmentalization,, and “fragmentation” in the practice of ideological and political education. Under the guidance of holistic theory, to integrate the resources of education, culture, daily life, social practice and other resources, and combine education with those to deepen the theoretical basis, cultural foundation, life foundation and social infrastructure of ideological and political education, and highlight the practical effect.
