摘要
词汇是语言学习的基础和前提,有不可或缺的重要地位。在词汇教学中,认知语言学下的原型范畴理论对常见的一词多义现象能提供有益的思路,可促进学生认识多个义项间的联系,通过运用隐喻或转喻等认知机制认识词义的衍生扩展模式,从而提升认知思维能力,提高学习效率。
Vocabulary is the foundation of a language and it plays an indispensable role in language learning . The paper holds that Ae prototype theory in the cognitive linguistics provides a useful comprehension for the polysemic words in the vocabulary teaching , which will promote students 1 awareness of the relations among the lexical items and recognize the derivative lexical meanings of the words by metaphor or metonymy , thus to enhance students ' cognitive ability of thinking and improve their learning efficiency.
