摘要
现代学徒制作为世界职业教育的重要培养模式,在我国已逐步开始试点。现代学徒制的实行是提高高职艺术设计类专业人才培养质量的有效途径。新疆高职教育中,艺术设计类专业如何依据自身特点开展行之有效的现代学徒制,如何进行真正意义上的校企合作、共同育人,是目前实施探索中所面临的困难和问题。本文对现代学徒制实施推广的制约因素进行了分析,提出对艺术设计类专业实施现代学徒制的对策及推进措施,以期探索符合新疆艺术设计行业企业需求的现代学徒制人才培养之路。
The implementation of modem apprenticeship is an effective way to the improvement of talent cultivation of art design specialty in vocational colleges. In the higher vocational education in Xinjiang, how to implement effective modem apprenticeship for art design specialty based on their own character and how to cooperate with enterprises are the difficulties. The paper analyzes the restricting factors in popularizing modem apprenticeship and proposes some strategies and measures.
