内地高校新疆少数民族学生就业问题调查研究——以南京中医药大学为例

Investigation on Employment of Xinjiang Ethnic Minority Graduates from Universities of Inner Areas of China——A Case of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine

本研究通过对南京中医药大学新疆少数民族学生就业愿望、就业观念、对就业指导的了解和看法等就业问题进行问卷调查并加以统计分析,从引导学生树立科学就业观、鼓励支持考研深造、加强创新创业教育、开展针对性就业指导服务四个方面,提出加强内地高校新疆少数民族学生就业工作的建议。

The paper applies questionnaire statistical analysis to investigate the Xinjiang ethnic minority students in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine about their employment wishes, their employment ideas and their awareness to the employment so as to guide students to have correct employment concept. The paper proposes some suggestions on how to strengthen the ethnic minority students＊ employment work.
