高校基建档案管理存在的问题及对策

Problems in Construction File Management in Colleges and Measures

基建档案是高校在基建管理和工程项目活动中形成的原始依据,具有鲜明的专业规格和特殊的形成规律。目前,高校基建档案管理存在着工作比较被动、档案质量不高、保障机制缺失、管理水平不高等普遍性问题。为此,档案部门要努力争取领导重视,发挥经济制约功能,加强硬件建设,完善规章制度,提高管理水平,更好地为学校的发展和建设服务。

Construction files are the original evidence in the construction management and project activities in colleges which have distinct professional norms and specific forming laws . At present , there are some problems in the construction file management in colleges as poor management quality , lack of guarantee mechanism, low management level. Therefore , the paper contends that the file management department will have to establish perfect management system, improve the personnel’s management level,and strengthen the personnel’s responsibility.
