摘要
2016年,美国交通部举办了"智慧城市"设计挑战,本次赛事是针对中等规模大都市如何应对未来自动驾驶汽车、智能传感器以及联网交通设备等新发展的基础设施创新设计大赛。其中:奥斯汀、哥伦比亚、丹佛、堪萨斯城、彼兹堡、波特兰以及旧金山,进入了最后的决赛阶段。文章以美国旧金山为例,详细的介绍了其在智慧城市尤其是智能交通领域所作的工作和努力。文中包括旧金山的城市背景,旧金山智能交通未来的蓝图,12大愿景目标,风险管理和评价体系以及对我国智能交通发展的启示。
In 2016, the U.S. department of transportation held the Smart City Challenge. This infrastructure innovation design competition aims to deal with the ~ture development of Autonomous Vehicles, intelligent sensors and Connected traffic equipment in medium scale city. Among them： Austen, Columbia, Denver, Pittsburgh, Portland, Kansas City and San Francisco, entered the final stage. This article takes city of San Francisco as an example, introduces its works and efforts in building a smart city, especially in the field of intelligent transportation. This article includes the urban background of San Francisco, the blueprint for the future of San Francisco＇s intelligent transportation, the 12 Vision Elements, the risks and mitigation strategy and the enlightenment to the development of intelligent transportation in China.
