新形势下医学研究生科研能力培养的探讨

Discussion on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability of Medical Postgraduate Students Under the New Situation

伴随着科学技术的日新月异,当代医学也经历着传统模式的转型,即"经验医学"向"循证医学"的转变,这就要求临床医生在熟练掌握临床知识和技能的同时,拥有较强的科学研究的能力。而由于传统观念,研究生培养模式及国家新颁布的住院医师规范化培训政策的影响,无论是学生还是导师对科研能力培养的重视程度日渐下滑,这里就医学研究生在科研能力的培养上出现的问题及改善措施进行了初步的探讨,希望能够对研究生科研能力的增强有所帮助。

With the rapid development of science technology, modern medicine has also experienced a transformation of the traditional mode, namely ＂Experienced medicine＂ to ＂Evidence-based medicine＂, which requires clinicians have strong ability of scientifc research and the clinical knowledge and skills. Because of the traditional concept, the training mode of graduate students and the national policy of standardization training of residents, both students and instructors’ attention on the scientifc research training is declining. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the problems and improvement measures of medical postgraduate students’ scientifc research ability, and hopes to improve the research ability of postgraduate students.
