门诊慢性胃炎患者临床特点分析

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of Patients With Chronic Gastritis in Outpatient Clinic

目的探讨门诊慢性胃炎临床特点及影响因素,为慢性胃炎防治提供依据。方法以2017年1—10月我院门诊94慢性胃炎患者为实验组,另择取同期我院94例健康体检者为实验组,回顾性分析两组临床资料,观察慢性胃炎临床特点,多因素分析慢性胃炎影响因素。结果 Logistic回归分析示,作息不规律、过度疲劳、饮食不规律、常食辛辣刺激、饮酒和心理压力过大是慢性胃炎危险因素。结论良好的生活、饮食和心态对预防慢性胃炎发生具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and infuencing factors of chronic gastritis in outpatient clinic, and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods 94 chronic gastritis patients from January to October 2017 in the outpatient department of our hospital as the experimental group, the other selection in our hospital during the same period 94 cases of healthy persons as the experimental group, the clinical data of two groups were analyzed retrospectively, the clinical characteristics of chronic gastritis were observed and the factors afecting the chronic gastritis were analyzed by multiple factors. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that irregular sleep, excessive fatigue, irregular diet, spicy spicy food consumption, excessive drinking and psychological pressure were risk factors of chronic gastritis. Conclusion Good life, diet and mentality have a positive effect on the prevention of chronic gastritis.
