针灸配合推拿对神经根型颈椎病的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Acupuncture Combined With Massage on Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

目的探讨针灸配合推拿对神经根型颈椎病的临床价值。方法抽取110例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分2组;对照组(n=55)单纯应用针灸治疗,研究组(n=55)则采取针灸配合推拿治疗,就2组疼痛指标以及整体疗效进行统计学分析。结果研究组的治疗优良率是96.36%,高于对照组的85.45%(P<0.05);治疗前,2组VAS疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合推拿对神经根型颈椎病的临床价值,可有效减轻患者疼痛感,可借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical value of acupuncture combined with massage on the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods 110 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （n=55） was treated by acupuncture alone, while the study group （n=55） was treated by acupuncture combined with massage. The 2 groups of pain indicators and the overall efficacy were statistically analyzed. Results The good rate of treatment in the study group was 96.36%, which was higher than that of the control group 85.45% （P〈 0.05）. Before treatment, there was no signifcant diference between the 2 groups of VAS pain scores （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the pain score of VAS in the study group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical value of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type can efectively relieve the pain of the patients, and can be used for reference.
