补肾活血化瘀法联合手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果观察

Effect of Combined Operation of Kidney-tonifying, Bloodactivating and Stasis-removing Methods on Endometriosis

目的分析补肾活血化瘀法联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年11月本院收治的64例子宫内膜异位症患者,以随机法分组:对照组32例予以腹腔镜手术治疗,治疗组32例予以补肾活血化瘀法联合腹腔镜手术治疗,对照2组临床效果。结果治疗组有效率96.88%(31/32),高于对照组的75.00%(24/32),P<0.05;治疗后6个月、1年痛经积分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论临床以补肾活血化瘀法联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症,应用效果比单一腹腔镜手术更显著,可在提升临床治疗有效率的基础上,改善痛经症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of kidney-tonifying, blood-activating and stasis-removing methods combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods From January 2015 to November 2016, 64 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into groups In the control group, 32 cases were treated by laparoscopy, and 32 cases of the treatment group were treated with kidney-tonifying, blood-activating and stasis-removing methods combined with laparoscopy, and the clinical effect of the 2 groups was compared. Results The efective rate of the treatment group was 96.88% （31/32）, which was higher than that of the control group 75.00% （24/32）, P 〈 0.05. after treatment, the dysmenorrhea score of 6 months and 1 year was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical application of tonifying the kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with laparoscopic surgery is more efective than single laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis. It can improve dysmenorrheal symptoms on the basis of improving the efective rate of clinical treatment.
