舒适护理在骨科手骨折患者护理中的应用效果观察

Application of Comfort Nursing in Nursing of Patients With Hand Fracture in Department of Orthopedics

目的研究舒适护理对骨科手骨折患者的应用效果。方法从本院选取100例手骨折患者作为本次研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组50例,对照组接受传统护理方法,观察组接受舒适护理方法。比较两组患者对护理过程的满意程度及身体各指标的恢复程度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组临床表现症状少于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论将舒适护理运用在对手骨折患者的护理中,能够促进患者康复程度,提高患者对护理的满意程度。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on the patients with hand fracture in the department of orthopedics. Methods 100 cases of hand fracture were selected as the study object and divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was adopted the traditional nursing method, and the observation group was adopted the comfortable nursing method. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients to the nursing process and the degree of recovery of the indexes of the body were compared. Results The total efective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05, the diference was statistically signifcant. The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the diference was statistically signifcant. The clinical symptoms of the observation group were less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the diference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion The application of comfort care in the nursing of the patients with fracture can promote the degree of rehabilitation and improve the satisfaction of the patient to the nursing.
