摘要
高质量人才培养依赖高校教师的高水平工作绩效,高水平工作绩效很大程度上依赖于科学合理的教师评价政策的引领。然而,现行的高校教师评价制度未能充分关注高校青年教师群体特质,绩效评价给高校青年教师成长造成压力,不仅不能激发青年教师的工作热情,更不能有效引领青年教师的职业发展。文章从当前高校教师绩效评价存在的问题入手,深入分析生发于中国社会、文化、管理背景下高校青年教师职业压力产生的原因及其干预路径与策略。
The training of high quality talents relies on a high level of teachers' performance,which to a large extent relies on the scientific and reasonable evaluation policy in colleges and universities. However,the current teachers' evaluation policy failed to fully focus on young teachers qualities. The performance evaluation for young teachers keeps bringing pressure on young teachers in colleges and universities. It not only failed to inspire young teachers' work enthusiasm,but also failed to effectively guide young teachers' professional development. This paper reveals the current problems existed in the current evaluation policy from the teachers' performance evaluation in universities and deeply analyzes the reasons,the intervention paths and the strategies under the background of the Chinese society,culture and management.
