主体成熟视角下的学生参与大学治理研究

Research on Students' Participation in University Governance from the Perspective of Subject Maturity

大学治理现代化是当前高校改革的集中趋势,实现大学治理的现代化不能抛开作为高校直接利益主体的学生来谈,学生参与高校治理也是大学治理现代化的应有之义。但受学生主体成熟制约,学生参与高校治理在参与能力与参与意愿上存在差异。这种主体成熟度差异不仅影响着学生参与的范围、制约着学生参与能力以及决定着学生参与方式的选择,更意味着在调动学生参与高校管理上不能"一刀切",应依主体成熟度有针对性地给予唤醒、引导、合作以及授权。

The modernization of university governance is the central tendency for the universities' reform.Realizing the modernization of university governance can't ignore the students who are the direct interest subjects in the universities and students' participation in university governance is taken for granted. Considering the maturity of students,there exists some differences in ability and willingness of students' participating in university governance. These differences not only affect the range,the participating ability and ways of students' participation,but also means that we can ' t use the same standard to arouse the enthusiasm of their participation. Instead,we should awake,guide,cooperate,and authorize students according to their subject maturity.
