摘要
文章结合传统教学法和案例教学法的优点,针对课时量少、以文科为主招生的针推专业本科生,选择了生物化学代谢篇章的糖代谢和脂类代谢作为教学案例开展了研究与教学实践。从临床病的发病机理、临床症状的机理分析、化验结果的分析依据等设计案例。最后通过问卷调查的方式对案例式教学法的实施进行效果评价和意见反馈。研究表明:案例教学法可以提高针推本科生的生物化学教学效果。
Combining the advantages of traditional teaching and case teaching method,and solving the problems of less class time and more liberal arts admission for the undergraduates who major in acupuncture and moxibustion,the paper chooses the biochemical metabolism chapters of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism as a teaching case to carry out the research and teaching practice. Then the experience design the cases from the pathogenesis of clinical disease,mechanism analysis of clinical symptoms,analysis of test results and other aspects. Finally,the implementation of the case teaching method is evaluated and feedback received through the questionnaire survey. The study shows that the case teaching method can improve the teaching effect of biochemistry.
