差异发展、区域开放与带状整合——加快湖北城镇发展的历史社会学思考

加快湖北城镇化进程是全面推进湖北社会经济发展的战略步骤,从历史社会学的角度看,湖北城镇化进程是一个长时段的过程,其间所形成的动力机制、城镇发展模式、城镇体系的结构特征均影响至今。参照湖北城镇化进程的历史特点,我们认为,充分发挥武汉的中心极核效应、实施差异化发展,仍是湖北城镇发展的不二选择。同时,促进县际之间的区域开放,振兴并强化县属中心镇的地位,使之成为湖北城镇体系的主干。而对于小城镇,则可选择旅游带动的发展模式,通过整合湖北沿江沿河文化资源带进而整合沿线城镇带,使旅游产业带与城镇发展带相互呼应,协同发展。

Accelerating the process of urbanization in Hubei is a strategic step to fully promote the social and economic development in Hubei. From the perspective of historical sociology, the process of urbanization in Hubei is a long period of time, and the dynamic mechanism, the mode of urban development and the structural characteristics of the urban system formed during this period have affected so far. With reference to the historical characteristics of the process of urbanization in Hubei, we believe that giving full play to the central polar-core effect of Wuhan and implementing differentiated development are still the best choices for urban development in Hubei. At the same time, it is necessary to promote regional opening up between counties,rejuvenate and strengthen the status of central towns in counties and make them the backbone of the urban system in Hubei. As for small cities and towns, they can choose the mode of tourism-driven development and integrate the urban belt by integrating the cultural resource belt along rivers in Hubei so that the tourism industry belt and urban development belt can interact with each other and develop together.
