中成药、中药饮片交叉使用重复率及临床药师干预研究

The Research of Repetitive Rate of Cross-using of Chinese Patent Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces and the Intervention of Pharmacists

目的:调查该院中药饮片、中成药交叉使用重复情况,并制定不合理用药干预措施,降低重复用药率。方法:统计2016年12月~2017年2月中成药、中药饮片重复用药情况,于2017年3月~5月期间进行干预,并按干预项目进行统计分析。结果:结果显示,妇科、内科为重复用药高占比科室。干预前,中成药与中药饮片、中成药与中成药间重复用药率分别达59.0%、11.7%,干预后出现显著降低,分别为25.0%、5.1%。结论:通过一系列干预措施,能够很好地降低院内中成药、中药饮片重复用药率,促进合理用药。

Objective:To survey on traditional chinese medicine decoction pieces and Chinese patent medicine cross-using situation of our hospital,and formulate intervention of unreasonable prescription, to reduce the rate of repeat drug prescription. Methods:Statisticed decoction pieces and Chinese patent medicine cross-using situation during the period from December 2016 to February2017, made intervention on repeat drug prescription during the period from March 2017 to May 2017,and made a statistical analysis accroding to the intervention project. Results:The results showed that the rate of gynecology and the internal medicine were highest.The rate of repeat drug prescription of decoction pieces and Chinese patent medicine,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese patent medicine were 59.0 % and 11.7 %,respectively,before the intervention. After the intervention,the rate of repeat drug prescription were significantly decreased to 25.0 % and 5.1 % respectively. Conclusion:Through a series of interventions,it can be a good way to reduce the rate of repeat drug prescription,and promote rational drug use.
