the Establishment of Automatic Allocation Mechanism of the Second-level Storeroom in Hospital

目的:改善医院Ⅱ级库库房管理,优化请领程序、减少人工操作、降低请领误差。方法:通过对淮安市第一人民医院CCU护士长请领物资过程进行现场调研,对高值耗材进行盘点,制作盘点盈亏表,绘制物资请领使用流程图。结果:发现了诸多问题:人工操作频繁、流程繁琐;账物不符;经常缺货;物品积压。结论:通过实现自动拨补流程,减少手工操作,简化请领流程,降低库存,提高物资周转率,请领更加科学规范,有效减少临时请领次数,更好地配合一级库房的工作。

Objective:To improve the management of the second-level storeroom of the hospital by optimizing methods of the materials reception,reducing the manual operation,and lessening the human caused error. Methods:This research analysed the current situation of the CCU wards in the Huai'an First People's Hospital;High-value medical consumables had been taken stock;and also inventory report had been made.It had the following questions:1. Current materials reception had complicated manual operations and procedures;2. Goods were not in conformity with the account;3. Some goods are out of stock as usual;4.the backlog of the items happened occasionally. Results:The Automatic Allocation Mechanism could promote the standardization、cientificalization and modernization of the materials reception by reducing the manual operation,optimizing the process,lessening the inventory of the second-level storeroom and improving the turnover. It is also beneficial to the management of the first-level storeroom.
