分布式光纤的电动汽车锂电池测温方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 美国TESLA制造商生产的电动汽车技术较为突出,为提高可控性,降低电池故障带来的影响,其技术核心是选用小容量锂电池构成整个电池系统。就国内目前的测温技术,对超过千节的锂电池进行温度测量的方法尚且是个难题。基于光纤背向拉曼(Raman)散射效应和光纤中光时域反射(OTDR)这两种原理,提出了多节电池测温技术的新思路,实验以18650型锂电池组作为测试对象,对100节锂电池进行温度测量,进而可扩展到对千节锂电池温度的测量。实验结果对于保证电动汽车电池组的安全高效运行、新型电动车锂电池组的开发有良好的实际价值。 The manufacturer of American(TESLA) has the first-class technology in the production of electric vehicles,and its core technology is using of small capacity lithium to constitute the entire battery system. On the basis of current temperature measurement techniques, the temperature measuring method for more than one thousand section of the lithium battery is still a problem. Based on two kinds of principles of optical fiber back Raman scattering effect and optical time-domain reflectometer(OTDR) in optical fiber, a new idea of multi-cell battery temperature measurement technology was put forward. With 18650 type lithium batteries as experiment object, the temperature measurement of 100 lithium batteries was conducted, and then the temperature measurement could be applied for thousands of lithium-ion batteries. The result has good reference value for ensuring safety and efficient operation of the battery.
