摘要 研究了浆料涂布法制备CoS_2薄膜正极的工艺。对和膏剂及干燥条件等工艺过程和参数进行优化。采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对薄膜进行表征。研究表明,H-1为和膏剂时,薄膜单体电池的放电性能最优。相比粉末压片工艺,薄膜工艺更适合自动化生产,薄膜正极制备的单体电池放电性能更好,特别是大电流放电的优势更加明显。 The technology of CoS_2 thin-film cathode made by pasting was studied. The processes and parameters of pasting agents and drying condition were optimized. The prepared thin-film was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the cell made of thin-film cathode using H-1 as pasting agent displays remarkable discharge performance. Compared with powder pressed pellet electrodes, the thin-film electrodes have better discharge performance, especially at larger discharging current, and the thin-film electrode producing process is more suitable for automatic production.
