Study on Fine Maintenance of Expressway Centralized Management Based on PDCA

在高速公路运营集中管理模式下,通过精细化养护管理全面推行科学养护,提高养护质量和路况水平。本文首先提出了高速公路精细化养护管理的概念,介绍了PDCA循环理论,然后在PDCA理论的基础上进行创新,将其应用于高速公路精细化养护管理中,通过PDCA循环不断提高养护管理的精细化程度。最后通过应用实例展现实际效果。

Under the mode of centralized management of expressway operation, we will comprehensively promote scientific conservationthrough meticulous maintenance and management to improve the quality of maintenance and traffic conditions. This paper first proposed theconcept of fine expressway maintenance management, introduced the PDCA cycle theory, and then made innovation based on the PDCAtheory, applied it to the fine conservation management of expressway, to continuously to improve the fine degree of the conservationmanagement through the PDCA cycle. Finally, the actual effects are shown through practical examples.
