我国军民融合基金发展现状浅析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Military and Civilian Integration Fund in China

自习近平提出把军民融合上升为国家战略以来,党中央、国务院和中央军委大力推进军民融合深度发展。2017年1月,党中央直属议事协调机构中央军民融合发展委员会成立,标志着2017年成为了军民融合发展的元年,一方面带动民口国企和民营企业发展的同时,也促进了军民融合基金的诞生。本文结合军民融合发展现状,总结了目前我国军民融合基金的五大类型,以及目前存在的问题并给出了相关建议。

Since Xi Jinping proposed the integration of military and civilians into a national strategy, the Central Party Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission have made vigorous efforts to promote the in-depth development of military and civilians integration. In January 2017, the Central Military Integration Commission, which is the coordination mechanism directly under the Party Central Committee, was established, marking the 2017 became the first year of the military and civilian integration development. On the one hand, it promoted the development of civilian-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises and also promoted the birth of the military and civilian integration fund. Based on the current situation of military and civilian integration, this article summarizes the five major types of China's military and civilian integration fund, as well as gives some suggestions for the existing problems.
