摘要
为应对校园规模的扩大及师生人数的增加,昆明理工大学恬园宿舍区及食堂于2009年修建完成并投入使用。本文通过运用使用后评价(POE)基本研究方法,对恬园食堂(侧重二楼食堂)进行调研分析,从选址规模、用餐环境、用餐流程等方面做出客观陈述和评价,并结合其他案例及理论给出建议。
In order to cope with the expansion of campus scale and the increase in the number of teachers and students, the Tianyuan canteen of Kunming University of Science and Technology was completed and put into use in 2009. In this paper, though the basic research method use of POE, investigation and analysis of the Tianyuan canteen is made. The objective statement and evaluation from the location,environment, dining process is made, and some suggestions are proposed with some other cases and theories.
